Group tours for businesses and organizations are our specialty. Your corporate event will be designed to ensure inclusion of all members of your team and can be fully customized. We include catering on-board and services of MagicBus Tour Directors who will look after all the details while on your trip. Even if some of your team doesn’t currently ski or snowboard, we have many other activity options for them to participate in. Your evening mealtime will be well filled with happy stories about how everyone spent their day.

Have a small group?

We have the solution for smaller groups of 5-20+ people that may not have enough people to warrant booking their own bus! We can coordinate your group on any of our MagicBus Tours departures.

Group Bookings on the MagicBus to Marmot Daybus Service:

MagicBus can reserve seats based on availability for groups interested in taking our Daybus. We can reserve seats for groups of 5 or more persons. You must contact the office to request seats be placed on hold. Depending on the number of seats required and the date of the booking, MagicBus can hold seats for the following:

Groups of 5-15 – For groups of 5-15 people, MagicBus can hold seats up to 7 days prior to departure on Fridays or Sundays and 10 days prior to departure on Saturdays. Release date will be the following business day after the cut off.

Groups of 15-40 – For groups of 15-40 people, MagicBus can hold seats up to 14 days prior to departure on Fridays or Sundays and 20 days prior to departure on Saturdays. Release date will be the following business day after the cut off.

If you are looking to do an overnight group booking taking our Daybus, please contact the office to confirm details about availability, seat hold and release dates.

• FREE seat on your group trip as the organizer*
• Reserved spots for your group’s chosen MagicBus’ Daybus to Marmot Overnighter, Marmot Daybus trip or Weekender
• A Custom webpage can be made for trip where individuals can go to make their bookings and payments along with obtaining all information about the trip.
*Upon meeting 20 paid passenger minimum.
